Students worked in groups to observe what happens when they drop water into a pan filled with two inches of water.
Students then observed what happens when they poured a pile of glitter in the water and dropped water into the pan.
They should have seen that the glitter did not move to the edge of the pan with the waves created by the drops of water, but instead only moved up and down. However, many results did not turn out that way.
- PBL-Students filmed their PSA on the importance of exercise with Mr. Oka today. They will be presenting their project to the class Thursday morning when the CAS (Complex Area Superintendent) visits our class.
