Aloha 4th Grade Families,
Thank you for your patience and for all your support with the fundraisers.
The estimated cost for parents and students will be dependent on the participants attending the trip as well as how well we do with the rest of our fundraising efforts. If the number of participants decreases, the cost may increase. We are waiting to hear back on whether we will also receive a field trip grant that we applied for back in September. We will send home a form to indicate the balance due in January.
Parent chaperone applications for Aulani will be distributed the week of November 25th to those who indicated they were interested in volunteering.
In addition to the Aulani overnighter, we have two more presentations (December & January) and a field trip (February) with Papahanakuaola. Permission forms will be sent home the week of November 25th and due by Tuesday, December 3rd with payment. To help lower the cost of these activities, we will be using a portion of our fundraising money. The cost will be $15 for the three activities.
Please remember to pick up your cookie orders on Tuesday, December 3rd or Thursday, December 5th in the office between the hours of 2:30-4:00pm.
